Our Production Model

At Heavenly Things, every garment is made to order.

Rather than mass-producing inventory, we operate on a weekly pre-order cycle that allows us to create each piece with intention, maintain quality, and reduce unnecessary waste.

Orders are collected throughout the week and then produced in small batches.

Pre-Order Window

Our pre-order window runs:

Monday → Sunday (11:59 PM)

All orders placed during this time are grouped into that week’s production batch.

Production Timeline

Once the weekly order window closes, we begin crafting your garments.

Production takes place:

Monday → Thursday

Each piece is individually pressed, quality checked, and prepared for shipping.

Shipping Schedule

All orders from the previous week are shipped by Friday.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on location.

United Kingdom

• 1–3 business days after shipment

Europe

• 3–7 business days

United States & International

• 5–10 business days
