All Heavenly Things Co. pieces are made-to-order — crafted with care once your order comes in. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your item ships.

UK: 2–5 business days delivery after dispatch
International (US, Canada & beyond): 7–14 business days delivery after dispatch

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey from our hands to yours.

Please note: international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your local authorities on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Estimated total delivery time: UK 7–12 days · International 12–21 days, from order to doorstep.

 

What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at [email] — we'll investigate with the courier and make it right, whether that's a replacement or refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Since everything is made-to-order, please reach out within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. Once production begins, we're unable to cancel or modify.

What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?
We stand behind every piece we make. If something arrives faulty, email us photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund — no hassle, no return shipping cost to you.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made specifically for you, we can't accept returns for change-of-mind on size or style. We recommend checking our size guide carefully before ordering. Faulty items are always covered (see above).

Why does production take 5–7 days?
We don't mass-produce and sit on stock. Each piece is pressed to order using premium AS Colour blanks and Supacolour transfers — this keeps quality high and lets us avoid overproduction, in line with our values.

How will I know my order is being worked on?
You'll get an email confirmation when your order is placed, another when it enters production, and a final one with tracking once it ships.

Is my payment secure?
Yes — all payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.

These five additions (delay/lost, faulty items, production rationale, order status updates, payment security) tend to be the biggest trust blockers for first-time customers on a made-to-order model — worth prioritising those first if you want to keep the FAQ short.
